Lead Graphic Designer & Print Production Specialist | October 2023 – May 2025
Wells & Drew, Envelopments, and It Takes Two, Jacksonville, FL

At Wells & Drew, a historic firm since 1855 specializing in high-quality printing services, and It Takes Two Wholesale, known for unique, heartfelt greeting cards, I was brought on to spearhead graphic design projects and ensure brand consistency. Following team restructuring, I embraced additional roles in print production and pre-production, effectively managing the workload of two former employees while maintaining exceptional quality and productivity.

  • Completed 10,621 print jobs in one year—a 340% productivity increase—after assuming leadership of all digital print operations for It Takes Two and acting as second-in-command production manager for Wells & Drew.
  • Independently managed the entire print-to-ship workflow: printing, cutting, folding, packaging, and shipping all greeting card and stationery orders.
  • Created dozens of personalized product templates in PitchPrint, reducing setup time and improving user customization.
  • Photographed, edited, and implemented dozens of grayscale industrial-style mockups to establish a consistent, high-impact online catalog aesthetic for Wells & Drew.
  • Operated production equipment, including Canon/Ricoh presses, Zund S3 cutter, Horizon CRF-362, iJetColor 1175C, RD-4055DMC rotary die cutter, Polar Mohr cutters (1970 & 1975), Rollem industrial business card slitters, laminators, and plate prep tools.
  • Produced press-ready plates through RIP workflows and color separations for digital and offset print jobs.
  • Designed several featured DrewCo Social notecards and built custom packaging using the Zund S3 and Graphco FoldStream folder/gluer.
  • Designed It Takes Two product lines and adapted licensed artist submissions into branded templates to meet printing and merchandising standards.
